E.S.E – Wiring

In 2023, E.S.E. Wiring B.V. with the aim of developing a wiring machine. This led to insight and overview and the elaboration in test setups for such a machine. After learning about the production solution that Rittal had developed in the meantime, I decided to speed up and purchase this option.

The choice of Rittal was not that difficult for me; they offer top quality in terms of technical content and the Rittal machine is integrated into the EPLAN Platform. This fits in seamlessly with my knowledge, experience and my desire to be able to offer a solution to those who actually make a control cabinet.  With EPLAN and Smart Wiring, Rittal offers the perfect basis for simplifying, speeding up and improving the wiring of a module. Everything stands or falls with the right data; if you want to get the right data from EPLAN, you also need to have the right article data in EPLAN (3D macros, connection images) The EPLAN Data portal provides this, at the moment there are around 2 million articles available. With so much data, the design is an important point of attention, so that it meets the specific needs of your company. E.S.E. Wiring also helps with this.

As a panel builder, machine manufacturer or system integrator, you design a control scheme. EPLAN is the market leader in Europe in the field of industrial automation and its software will in many cases be used as a tool for this.  A design made in EPLAN, with all the necessary data, can easily be shared with E.S.E. Wiring. E.S.E. Wiring takes care of the next step and produces.

The project data you provide is read into the wiring machine by E.S.E. Wiring, an order is created and the wires are produced.
